Low level access platforms and personnel lifts are essential pieces of equipment for working safely at a height. Our range includes simple folding work platforms, as well as innovative non powered access platforms such as the Peco Lift and Eco Lift, and powered access platforms such as the Power Tower and Nano Tower. We also have mini scissor lifts and personnel lifts available for hire from brands such as Boss, Skyjack, JLG and Genie. Our large range offers options to suit any low level access requirement.
Low level access platforms are ideal for a range of different trades. They can be used for construction, decorating, installation, repair jobs and more. They provide a mobile, practical and secure platform from which to work, with an all-round guardrail to prevent falls. They allow you full use of your hands to get on with the job.
For more information on working safely at a height, take a look at HSE work at height resources.
Low level access platforms provide a safer alternative to ladders, steps and trestles for working at a height. They offer a spacious work platform along with an all-round guardrail and locking gate to prevent falls.
Unlike with a ladder or step ladder, a low level access platform allows full use of your hands to get on with the job, making the job much easier and quicker to complete.
These portable work platforms can be put into place quickly and moved around a site easily, to be used wherever they are required. Many of our low level access platforms can even pass through standard doorways. Some of the powered access platforms are self propelled - meaning they can be driven around, whilst others are manually pushed around.
From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
