This eco combi cabin offers a full range of temporary welfare facilities for sites. It is fully self-contained, so you do not need to connect water or power. This welfare cabin is perfect for long or short-term contracts, as it is easy to set up and you can use it immediately.
Measuring 7.3 by 2.7-metres, this unit features everything you need for welfare on a busy site in a compact space. The facilities include an office, a canteen, toilets, and a changing room. The canteen is suitable for up to 8 staff and has cold and hot running water, instant boiling water, a fridge freezer, and a microwave. The toilet contains a cubicle and a urinal, a basin with running water, and a hand dryer. There are heating systems, low-voltage PIR LED lighting, and 12v power sockets throughout the unit. The insulated walls, floors, ceilings, and auto frost-protection system ensure comfort.
This unit is safe and secure and meets the latest legal site welfare requirements and more. It features a secure 5-point deadlocking system and anti-vandal devices, which is ideal for vulnerable sites. On the outside, there are rain shrouds and low-level, removable lifting points.
This is a solar hybrid unit that is practical but also perfect for environmentally conscious sites. It features a 795-litre water tank, an 864-litre waste tank, and a 68-litre fuel tank for the HVO-ready backup generator. As it runs on solar energy, you can use this cabin to reduce your overall welfare spending, with low fuel consumption and low CO2 emissions.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
This product requires a refundable deposit. This deposit is used to cover any excess that you might need to pay if the equipment is damaged during the hire period.
If a charge for fuel is not included. We supply the machine with a full tank, and we will charge you for the amount you have used at the end of the hire, which will be deducted from your deposit. If you refuel the tank, there will be no additional costs.
Deposits are refundable once the product is returned and checked by our partner. Any damages or cleaning charges will be deducted from the deposit.
