The Skyjack SJ16 electric mast lift provides excellent access for all kinds of repair, maintenance, inspection, fit-outs, and installation work at height. It has a safe working load of 227kg and is suitable for a maximum of a single person and tools, with a maximum platform height of 4.75m and a maximum working height of 6.75m.
This vertical mast lift has a compact design and a small footprint. It is perfect for small workspaces and multi-level sites. It also has exceptional manoeuvrability, with a zero turning radius. You can move the Skyjack SJ16 when it is at full height, convenient for working quickly across large sites and different areas, as you don't have to raise and lower the lift repeatedly.
For health and safety and to prevent falls from heights, this electric vertical mast lift features all-around guard rails, a tilt alarm, and a drive and lift cut-out to provide operators with a secure workspace. The inverted five section mast has large overlaps to increase rigidity, and the larger section at the top helps prevent the ingress of dust and debris. When occupied, the Skyjack SJ16 offers a clear and unrestricted view of the work area, as the telescopic mast is at the rear and the control box is forward-facing.
Installation, maintenance, repair, decoration or area inspection are just a few of the possible jobs this lift could take on with ease. As for location, the SJ16 would be equally at home in commercial premises such as an office or hotel as it would be in a warehouse or factory thanks to its quiet electric motor and reliable mechanisms. The Skyjack SJ16 also has a traversing platform deck that extends, offering an extra 0.41m of up-and-over access for areas that are difficult to reach.
