Power Tower Nanos are practical and efficient alternatives to larger podiums and scaffold towers. They are push around access towers with an electric powered hydraulic mast for indoor use. The platform can be lifted up to maximum 2.5m height which offers a maximum working height of 4.5m. The Power Tower Nano is an extremely safe, convenient, and practical low level access platform. The Nano Tower is CE marked and fully complies with EN280 and all relevant European machinery directives. The 2 stage mast is part of the heavy-duty, fabricated steel superstructure with Ultra-Glide technology. Ultra-Glide technology ensure low friction lifting with fantastic platform rigidity. All of the quality components have a durable powder-coated finish and ensure the tower provides incredible strength and resilience in demanding industries. The hydraulic circuit is fully fail-safe with a check valve on the lift cylinder. The platform wheels have been redesigned and are now improved heavy-duty Auto-Lok wheels. When elevation is engaged, these wheels will lock automatically to provide a secure base that will not surf. There is also an emergency descent function and an audible descent and ascent drive alarm to alert anyone that is working close to the tower that the platform is moving. As there is no need for additional outriggers to stabilise the tower, it is safer in busy, fast-paced working environments. The latched entrance gate and handrails are at the correct heights and dimensions to prevent falls. There is also a convenient tool tray integrated above the operating handle, allowing the operator to carry any tools, supplies, and fittings needed to complete the job.
