The Power Tower provides a safe and convenient low level access platform for working at height. The tower is CE marked and fully complies with EN280 and all relevant European machinery directives. The lifting arms are part of a heavy-duty, fabricated steel superstructure with stainless steel components, bushed pivots, and a durable powder-coated finish. These features ensure the tower provides incredible strength and resilience in demanding industries. The hydraulic circuit is fully fail-safe with a check valve on the lift cylinder. The platform wheels have been redesigned and are now improved heavy-duty Auto-Lok wheels. When elevation is engaged, these wheels will lock automatically to provide a secure base that will not surf. There is also an emergency descent function and an audible descent and ascent drive alarm to alert anyone that is working close to the tower that the platform is moving. As there is no need for additional outriggers to stabilise the Power Tower, it is safer in busy, fast-paced working environments. The latched entrance gate and handrails are at the correct heights and dimensions to prevent falls.

The Power Tower is incredibly easy to use. The unit is designed to be pushed into location, and the swivel castors and brake wheels make it easy to steer. The base unit features ground controls and emergency controls as well as an emergency stop button. This panel is useful if whoever is using the work platform can no longer operate the controls themselves. The platform controls are simple push buttons that raise and lower the platform at a safe speed, and there is also a second emergency stop button in case the basic controls fail.
