40mm x 50mm broaching cutter

These magnetic drills are designed for drilling 40mm diameter holes up to 50mm deep in a range of metal surfaces. They have a powerful 1200W motor, a high-performance 2-speed gearbox, user-friendly controls, and a quick-release capstan arm so that you can drill into solid surfaces quickly and easily. These broaching cutters have a high powered 10,000N magnet base, which holds the drill in place, ensuring accurate, consistent burr-free cutting while relieving the operator from having to apply pressure. They are also highly portable, as they are compact, lightweight, and feature an integrated carry handle.

You can book a medium magnetic drill hire online or over the phone with our hire team. We have a range of HSS Rotabore Cutters available for purchase. You can add these to your order. You must wear appropriate protective equipment whilst using the broaching cutter, including goggles to protect your eyes from shards and gloves to protect your hands. Keep your hands, hair, and clothing away from the head of the broaching machine as it is in use to avoid accidental injury.

Please note: These magnetic broaching drills are 110v pieces of equipment. You can add a transformer and extension lead to your order, if required, during checkout.
