The Karcher B120 can be fitted with a range of different brushes and rollers to suit different cleaning applications. The brush head and squeegee are lowered automatically depending on the selected cleaning programme, the brush rotation speed can be switched between 600rpm and 1300rpm, while the brush contact pressure can be adjusted between 140g/cm² and 425g/cm². This means that no matter the scale of the job, the B120 scrubber dryer is up to the task. Its powerful scrubbing action, Karcher’s DOSE system which controls detergent usage, its high powered vacuum, large squeegee and 120 litre fresh water and waste water tanks, combine to scrub and lift dirt, dust, debris, grime, stains, footprints and more.

The forward and reverse traction drive, combined with the unit’s tight turning circle, allow the operator ultimate control of the scrubber dryer - so you can clean large areas with ease. The scrubber dryer’s cleaning functions are controlled via a single intuitive dial; and Karcher’s unique KIK key system gives supervisors the ability to manage the scrubber dryer’s functions, and ensures that only approved operators have the access to use the machine. The quick fill feature of the fresh water tank makes the job of refilling the scrubber dryer from a hose as simple and convenient as possible, and filling stops automatically when the tank is full.
