Rough terrain diesel scissor lift
The Skyjack SJ9250 RT is a large diesel scissor lift that can facilitate up to five persons working at height. The 680kg safe working limit is ideal for the secure vertical lift of workers, tools, and equipment. The work platform can rise to a maximum height of 15.24-metres, allowing for a working height of 17.24-metres. This range makes this scissor lift extremely versatile and ideal for various outdoor applications, such as installation, cleaning, finishing, maintenance, inspection, surveying, and more.
The 1.88-metre by 4.27-metre platform offers a generous work area. It also features a powered 1.52m extension deck for better outreach, ideal for working up and over obstacles and in areas where there is no access from below. This scissor lift is easy to control and move around with a relay-based control system. It is driveable up to 9.14-metres, allowing for speed of access on-site.
The Skyjack SJ9250 RT is designed to deal with challenging surfaces and rough terrain. It has 0.20-metre ground clearance, axle based four-wheel-drive system, rear differential and limited-slip front differential, disc brake system on rear axle, grip lug air-filled tyres, and up to 30% gradeability. These features ensure efficient mobility on construction sites and other uneven work fields.
There are plenty of safety features to prevent falls from heights and accidents. There is a fold-down hinged railing system, with half-height spring-hinged gates on both sides. The lift also has a tilt alarm with drive and lift cut-out, all motion audible alarm, automatic levelling and independent outriggers for stability, flashing lights for better visibility, and an operator's horn.
