Electric sheet metal cutters
These metal shears complete fast and accurate cutting of sheet metal - including steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. They have a lightweight design, with a large, ergonomic top handle with a soft rubberised grip. The handle is designed to fit your hand perfectly and offer maximum comfort and control. These sheet metal shears are powerful and efficient, with a cutting speed of 17m per minute. They can cut mild steel up to 3.2mm thick, stainless steel up to 2.5mm thick and aluminium up to 4mm thick.
The metal cutters have a highly visible sightline for precise cutting, allowing you to follow patterns accurately. There is no material loss in the kerf during cutting, and there is an in-built protector that prevents the motor housing from being damaged by scrap metal. These electric shears also have an integrated thickness gauge and a low noise level, making them ideal for on-site use.
Please note: Our metal shears are 110v pieces of equipment. A transformer will be required to power them using a 240v domestic mains power supply. You can add a transformer and extension lead to your order during checkout.
