1.6mm nibblers for cutting keystone plate, deck plate & other sheet materials

These metal nibblers are compact, versatile and easy to use pieces of metal cutting equipment. They make clean, precise, undistorted cuts in sheet metal, including corrugated and trapezoidal sheets. The die holder can be adjusted by a full 360° making it easy to cut at an angle and into grooves. The die is also easily adjustable, with 4 positive stops at 90° each: 0°, 90° left and right, and 180°.

These metal nibblers are very lightweight with a slim profile that is easy to grip and control. They also feature a lock-on sliding switch for continuous operation. These nibblers have grooves on the die holder, which you can use as a thickness gauge to ensure you do not attempt to cut any sheet that is too thick for the nibbler. The die holder also features a notch that indicates your cutting line for precision. The width of the notch is the same as the cutting width for reference.

• Steel up to 400 N/mm2 - 1.6mm/16ga
• Steel up to 600 N/mm2 - 1.2 mm/18ga
• Steel up to 800 N/mm2 - 0.8 mm/22ga
• Aluminum up to 200 N/mm2 - 2.5mm/13ga

Please note: Our metal nibblers are 110v pieces of equipment. A transformer will be required to power them using a 240v domestic mains power supply. You can add a transformer and extension lead to your order during checkout.
