9m diesel fuelled tower with metal halide lights
Our metal halide lighting towers are powerful and robust temporary lighting solutions. They are ideal for demanding industries and are suitable for construction sites, roadworks, yards and more. They are diesel fuelled units with a 2.5KVA generator and a 240V outlet with ELCB protection. These tower lights have 4 high efficiency metal halide floodlights that can light areas of up to 3,600m² effectively. The light heads are mounted on a telescopic mast that has a 9m range with a hydraulic lifting system. The mast also has 7 galvanised sections, and it can rotate 340º and features coiled electrical cable for powering the lights.
Our metal halide lighting towers are rugged enough for safe use on challenging sites. They have a large 170 litre bunded fuel tank that helps to avoid fuel spillage, a soundproof canopy and 4 galvanised, adjustable stabilisers. These lighting towers are highly portable as they are mounted on a single axle trailer so that they can be transported easily, and they also have a central lifting hook. The Kohler engine has a 12V electric start, a manual safety valve, and there are large lockable doors for access to all components, which makes maintenance easy. You can book your lighting tower hire online or over the phone. During booking, you can arrange to collect the equipment from your nearest available store at the start of your hire, or we can deliver to the site.
Hiring this product is subject to an online ID check. A deposit and insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat. Your booking can only proceed once the ID check is completed successfully and the insurance charge has been paid (or insurance documents submitted and accepted). This product is delivered with a full tank of fuel. Once returned, a used fuel charge will be deducted from your deposit amount.
