The exterior is galvanized steel, while the interior features seamless rust free, washable GRP surfaces that are easy to clean and maintain. The high security doors feature 2 deadlocks, and the windows feature an aluminium frame and a thumb turn deadlock. The doors and windows ensure that people and items within the cabin are safe and secure.

This 12ft welfare unit features a canteen that is suitable for up to 6 persons. It has bench seating and a dining table so that your staff can relax in comfort on breaks. It is a spacious area that features thermostatically controlled hot water and blown air heating so that you can create comfortable conditions. There is a kettle and a microwave as standard, each run through inverters. A soap dispenser, towel dispenser, waste container, fresh drinking water container, stainless steel sink, and carbon dioxide detector ensure that all hygiene, safety and basic needs are met.

The toilet offers plenty of room, and it is easy to keep clean. It features a recirculating flush tank toilet with a 80 litre capacity. The sink is deep enough to allow individuals to wash up to their forearm and has thermostatically controlled running water. The large sink means that everyone can clean themselves thoroughly before taking a break or finishing work. The toilet and the drying room feature hooks for hanging coats and work overalls, and they have separate entrances so that you can keep the canteen area clean.
