Our petrol cement mixer, disc cutter and vibrating plate hire packages are ideal for when you need to do a variety of jobs with concrete. These machines allow you to cut blocks, make mortar and cement and compact ground surfaces. We have a variety of models that you can hire in any combination using the dropdown menu. Whatever you choose, we will supply 3 powerful, professional standard pieces of concrete equipment grouped together at a discounted hire rate. We supply RCD breakers with 240v machines, 3kVA transformers with 110v equipment and a full tank of fuel for petrol equipment, so you can get working as soon as your hire package is on site.

Our cement mixers, disc cutters and vibrating plates are tough, robust and reliable pieces of site equipment. They are capable of performing in challenging site conditions to give the highest quality results.

You can choose between 110v, 240v and petrol cement mixers. The petrol cement mixer features a 2.2hp Honda GX120 engine with a variable throttle. The 110v and 240v mixers feature an enclosed electric motor, sealed to an IP 45 rating. All 3 mixers have a 90 litre mixing capacity. They also have extra thick drums, quick mix paddles, heavy-duty sealed cast gearbox for longer life and full thermal overload protection. These mixers are compact and portable, so they are easy to transport and to move around on site. 

You can choose between our 300mm and 350mm petrol disc cutters. Each model can cut through blocks, floors, walls, pipes, steel, concrete and more. These cut off saws feature a maintenance free air filter, easy to change blade guard position and a blade retarder. They are fitted with several ergonomic systems designed to help make them as user friendly as possible, including AAF (Active-Air-Filtration), an anti-vibration system and SmartCarb; these disc cutters maintain a constant power whilst filtering potentially dirty air.

We have 320mm and 400mm petrol wacker plates available. They are perfect for small to medium work sites. These vibrating plates can compact soil, sand, hardcore, asphalt, tarmac and more. They are easy to handle, with low hand-arm vibration for reduced user fatigue, with a high compaction rate and faster travel rate.

Please note that using these petrol powered pieces of equipment indoors or in confined spaces could cause fatal carbon monoxide poisoning. Never use them inside domestic premises and only use them in other indoor situations if there is suitable ventilation and the site has been fully assessed. Mechanical extraction ventilation will almost always be required.

We can supply a range of accessories with this equipment that allows you to get the job done properly. You can add these to your order during the checkout. Accessories include super grip work gloves, ear defenders and Personal Protection Packs. Our Personal Protection Packs include safety goggles, safety gloves, dust mask and earplugs. We have dust units available for the cut off saw, which are used to suppress dust when a continuous source of mains water is not available. Simply pump the handle a few times to create the correct amount of pressure before use. We also have a number of blade options for the cut off saws:

P3-B Diamond Blade - 300mm/350mm

A masonry cutting diamond blade that offers unrivalled performance compared to other low cost blades. Dimensions: 300 x 2.8 x 9 x 20mm/350 x 2.8 x 9 x 20mm.

Applications:

Ideally Suited - Lightly reinforced concrete, concrete, slabs, kerbs, pipes, beams, concrete flagstones, York stone, concrete paviors, general facing bricks, hand-made bricks and concrete roof tiles.

Occasional Use - Flint aggregate concrete, class B engineering bricks, heavily reinforced concrete, medium reinforced concrete, lightweight concrete blocks, green concrete and cement screed (too much use on these materials could result in either overheating or rapid wear).
