50mm petrol powered dirty water pumps available nationwide

We have centrifugal pump hire available nationwide. Centrifugal pumps are industry standard dirty water pumps designed for pumping water out of a range of areas on site. They work by using the rotational energy of a motor to induce a flow of water. These pumps sit outside of the flooded area and use a suction hose to draw the water out of the flooded area and a delivery hose to take the water away from the area.

Our 50mm petrol centrifugal pumps are self-priming water pumps, powered by a robust Honda 4 stroke engine. They have carbon ceramic mechanical seals for increased abrasion resistance and cast iron volutes and impellers for durability and strength. The pump is housed within a protective tubular steel frame with anti vibration mounts. This helps to protect the pump from bumps and the effects of vibration, and makes the pump easier to carry. These pumps are often used on building sites, as they are perfect for pumping clear and black water.

Please note: Our petrol centrifugal pumps have a maximum suction lift of 8 metres when primed, however 6 metres or less is recommended. These pumps must never be allowed to run dry.
