We have 25mm vibrating concrete poker flex hire available nationwide. These robust vibrating flex pokers are for use with the concrete poker petrol drive unit. These flex pokers have a 25mm diameter and are 5 metres in length. They are used to remove air bubbles from fresh concrete slabs to compact, maximise the strength and durability of the freshly-laid slab. The flex pokers are inserted into the concrete, and the drive unit causes them to vibrate at a high frequency to remove excess air and the air pockets that can form within the concrete. The pneumatic operator has a twist grip throttle - giving you excellent control over the vibration. While using the pokers, ensure that you wear appropriate safety equipment - such as protective gloves and ear defenders. The design of these pokers help to minimise the effects of HAVS on the user. However, you should still take regular breaks from using the pokers to reduce the risk of developing injuries relating to HAVS.
