Nail Gun Hire

Fixing equipment

Nail guns, sometimes called nailers, are compact and versatile power tools that drive fixings into materials, such as wood, metal, and masonry. They allow you to apply a large number of fixings quickly and easily. These powered nailers are suitable for a wide range of applications and industries, from contracted professional work to DIY. They are lightweight, compact, and very easy to use.

  • First Fix Nail Guns. Also known as framing nailers, first fix nail guns are for heavy-duty woodwork, such as wall framing, fencing, flooring & roofing. These nail guns apply clipped head nails between 50mm & 90mm. The magazines have the capacity for 44 nails & a 30 minute charge, which is enough for 4000 shots.
  • Second Fix Nail Guns. Also known as brad nailers, second fix nail guns are for more delicate woodwork, such as fixing skirting boards, door frames, furniture & more. These nail guns apply 16 gauge nails between 15mm & 64mm. The magazines can hold 100 nails & a 30 minute charge, which gives you 4000 shots.
  • Concrete Nail Guns. These powder actuated nail guns are designed for fixing wood and sheet metal to concrete, sand-lime block, masonry or steel, and a range of other heavy-duty jobs on site.

We also have porta nailers available. These floor nailers are specifically designed for nailing down floorboards. We can supply all of the nails and other accessories that you need for our tools and equipment.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.

If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.

YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.

If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.

An insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have proof of your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat.
