Our 300mm disc cutters are tough, robust and professional cut off saws. They are the perfect tools for cutting through various materials, including concrete, asphalt, brick, wood, and metal. Cutting discs are ideal for general site use, roadworks, rescue cutting, burying cables, cutting pipes, rails, walls, and more.

These heavy-duty cut off saws have a range of high-quality components and features that allow them to perform to the highest standards. An efficient cylinder design, digital ignition system and X-Torq engine technology optimise engine performance, while the built-in automatic filter compensation system maintains high power and lowers fuel consumption.

Their ease of use and versatility matches the heavy-duty, professional performance of these 300mm disc cutters. They are light, weighing only 9.6kg, so they are easy to use, and you can transport them wherever needed. These saws' low vibration levels make them more comfortable to use over longer periods. They are also easy to start with digital ignition systems, and they feature adjustable blade guards. These 300mm power cutters can be mounted on to a rig for floor cutting and connected to a water system for wet cutting. The constant-flow water value results in less slurry and low water consumption.

Accessories Available

We can supply a range of accessories for these saws. Our Personal Protection Packs include safety goggles, safety gloves, dust mask and ear plugs.

We also have dust units available for the cut off saw. This is used to suppress dust when a continuous source of mains water is not available. Simply pump the handle a few times to create the correct amount of pressure before use.

We have a number of blade options for the cut off saws:

P3-B Diamond Blade - 300mm
A masonry cutting diamond blade that offers unrivalled performance compared to other low cost blades. Dimensions: 300 x 2.8 x 9 x 20mm.
Applications:
Ideally Suited - Lightly reinforced concrete, concrete, slabs, kerbs, pipes, beams, concrete flag stones, York stone, concrete paviors, general facing bricks, hand-made bricks and concrete roof tiles.
Occasional Use - Flint aggregate concete, class B engineering bricks, heavily reinforced concrete, medium reinforced concrete, lightweight concrete blocks, green concrete and cement screed (too much use on these materials could result in either overheating or rapid wear).
