110v Heavy-Duty Pipe Threader
We have Ridgid 1224 6mm - 100mm pipe threading machine hire available nationwide. This is a quality, heavy-duty piece of equipment for threading various types of pipe and tube, including black, galvanized, and plastic-coated pipe, plus stainless steel, IMC and heavy-wall conduit. This is a versatile pipe threader that features interchangeable die heads that allow you to set the threader up for different applications. With the correct dies, the Ridgid 1224 can also be used for threading bolt stock from 6mm - 50mm, plus left handed threading, beveling steel pipe, and more. It is an extremely useful tool for any plumber, engineer, or other tradesperson working in any industry.
These 110v pipe threading machines allow you to centre and chuck pipe, tube, conduit, and bolt stock and it rotates them while one of its various functions are performed. There are 2 operating speeds that you can select, either 12RPM or 36RPM. The integral oiling system provides constant lubrication during operation with an adjustable flow coming from the die head. The oiling system ensures that the pipe threader is running smoothly, so you always complete work that is accurate and precise. These machines are compact and lightweight, and they have a portable design so that they are easy to carry to different sites. They are quick and easy to set up and can be used on Ridgid stands, or they can be mounted on a level bench. These 110v pipe threading machines are easy to operate. They feature a foot switch which turns the powerful, universal motor on and off. There is also a switch at the side of the machine that can be used to switch it off and select between the forward and reverse functions.
