Orbital pipe cutting and bevelling machines perform fast, accurate, burr-free cutting of pipes and tubes They are 110v machines that you can use to cut and bevel high-alloy steel (stainless steel), low- and unalloyed steel, plastics, casting materials, and non-ferrous metals using the “Planetary Cutting” method. The vice holds your materials firmly in place as the cutting blade rotates around it to cut it accurately, cleanly and precisely. You can use it working with pipes measuring from 12mm to 120mm in diameter.
This orbital pipe cutter fearures an ergonomically-designed motor handle for a safe and comfortable operating position, which also enables easy cutting of elbows. It also has an integrated line laser to determine the cut off point, two position clamping jaws to reduce chatter and enable smaller length of pipe to be machined, and an extended speed range of 65 – 215 rpm, which is ideal for the cutting of high-performance materials.
