The Eco 20 mobile welfare unit is a self contained cabin featuring a canteen for up to 10 people, and a separate office, toilet and drying room. It is an environmentally friendly unit that is far more efficient and cost effective than traditional, temporary staff areas. It is low in maintenance, low in emissions, low in fuel consumption, with high cycle AGM batteries, a battery charger, battery condition monitor, inverter, diesel generator battery charger, and a 12v hydraulic pump. Each room features PIR LED lights, and an Eberspacher diesel heater provides hot water to all sinks plus air heating so that you can create a comfortable and relaxing setting. This welfare unit is made from high strength composite panels. The galvanised steel exterior, seamless GRP interior and high density foam insulation provide excellent stability and shelter, and the unit is suitable all year round. It is easy to clean and conforms with HSE regulations.
This 20ft welfare unit features a canteen area with bench seating for up to 10 people. There is a dining table, kettle, microwave, soap dispenser, towel dispenser, waste container, fresh drinking water container, stainless steel sink, and carbon dioxide detector. The office has a desk and an independent power supply for running computers, tablets, and other devices. Both the canteen and the office have air outlets so that you can control the heating. The toilet is a good size, and it is easy to keep clean. The recirculating flush tank has a 80 litre capacity. The sink is designed to allow individuals to wash up to their forearm and has hot, running water. The toilet and the drying room have coat hooks for outerwear and work overalls. Each room has a separate security door so that they are secure, and allow you to keep the canteen clean. From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
This product requires a £0.00 refundable deposit. This deposit is used to cover any excess that you might need to pay if the equipment is damaged during the hire period.
If a charge for fuel is not included. We supply the machine with a full tank, and we will charge you for the amount you have used at the end of the hire, which will be deducted from your deposit. If you refuel the tank, there will be no additional costs.
Deposits are refundable once the product is returned and checked by our partner. Any damages or cleaning charges will be deducted from the deposit.
