Our 110v electric belt sanders are professional standard heavy duty sanding machines, ideal for smoothing and levelling timber quickly and effectively. The sanding belt is driven by a powerful electric motor. It allows the sander to make quick work of a range of wooden surfaces. Whilst using the sander, take care not to come into contact with the sanding belt. You must wear heavy-duty working gloves to protect your hands, as well as eye protection and a dust mask to avoid injuries caused by the dust produced when sanding. We have Personal Protection Packs available for purchase during checkout. These packs include safety goggles, safety gloves, dust mask and ear plugs. You can book a belt sander hire online or over the phone & collect the machine from your local store at the start of the hire or we can deliver to you. We can also supply sanding belts for these machines in a range of grits - coarse P40 grit, medium P80 grit and fine P120 grit. You can add these to your order during checkout.

Belt sander
This is quite a powerful machine so hold on tight. Needs to be handled with care or it can dig in and spoil your careful work. Now knowing this i would probably give this a 5 star but i wasn't aware of this when hiring but i am quite new to this.
