The Eco 16 mobile welfare unit is an environmentally friendly cabin that is easy to use and easy to incorporate into any worksite. It reduces emissions, fuel consumption, generator hours, noise pollution, and each room features PIR LED lights. This welfare cabin is efficient and cost effective, and it is ideal for all year round use. The galvanised steel exterior offers strength and robustness in all weather conditions, and the Eberspacher diesel heater provides hot water and air so that you can create a comfortable environment.
The walls are made from high strength composite panels that are structured to provide 3 separate rooms, including a canteen, a toilet and a drying room. The interior walls are seamless rust free, washable GRP surfaces that are easy to clean and maintain. There is a separate door to each room, and each one is high security with 2 deadlocks. The windows feature an aluminium frame and a thumb turn deadlock, so all openings ensure that people and items within the cabin are safe and secure at all times.
This 16ft welfare unit features a canteen area that can accommodate up to 12 people. There is bench seating, and a large dining table so that staff and workers can enjoy lunch in comfort. A kettle and a microwave are included as standard, and each run through inverters. The room also contains a soap dispenser, towel dispenser, waste container, fresh drinking water container, stainless steel sink, and carbon dioxide detector ensure that all hygiene, safety and basic needs are fully compliant with HSE regulations.
The toilet is a good size, and it is easy to keep clean. The recirculating flush tank has a 80 litre capacity. The sink is designed to allow individuals to wash up to their forearm and has hot, running water. The toilet and the drying room have coat hooks for outerwear and work overalls, and they are ample spaces to allow you to keep the canteen clean.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
This product requires a £0.00 refundable deposit. This deposit is used to cover any excess that you might need to pay if the equipment is damaged during the hire period.
If a charge for fuel is not included. We supply the machine with a full tank, and we will charge you for the amount you have used at the end of the hire, which will be deducted from your deposit. If you refuel the tank, there will be no additional costs.
Deposits are refundable once the product is returned and checked by our partner. Any damages or cleaning charges will be deducted from the deposit.
