About Our Website

Our tool & equipment hire website focuses on our most popular hire fleet products, but does not cover everything we have to hire. If you can't find what you are looking for on the website there is a good chance we can still help - simply call 0843 224 9601 with any requests for tools or equipment.

 

We Deliver... or you can collect from store by prior arrangement!

Why not have your tools delivered to your door? We offer a fair price on delivery and collection, priced according to your delivery address and the type of item. If you would rather pick up the tools yourself then simply call ahead to book and pay and we will let you know what type of vehicle is suitable for the equipment you wish to hire.

 

Payment for Tool Hire

Payments can be made via debit or credit card. You may need to pay a deposit and present two forms of identification. When the equipment is returned, the hire charges are deducted from your deposit and the balance is refunded to you. We also offer trade / credit accounts. If you hire tools frequently and would like the convenience of a monthly credit account, simply complete the appropriate application form. Your account will be up and running within 24 hours (subject to status).

 

Hire Periods

Most of our tools & equipment are available to hire by the day, additional day or week with special weekend rates from the noon Friday to noon Monday. The hire rates are clearly displayed next to each product description. Some items are subject to a minimum hire period which is indicated on the product page.

 

Tool Hire Shops - Opening Hours

Most of our tool hire shops operate the same opening days and hours but we do recommend that you check your local tool hire shop page. Please Note: If you wish to collect from your local tool hire shop then please call ahead on 0843 224 9601 to check stocks and book your hire before arrival. We cannot guarantee or hold stock for you without a confirmed order.

 

Damage Waiver

Accidental damage to hired equipment can result in expensive repair charges. However, for just 10% of the hire rate, we can offer damage waiver indemnity that will indemnify you against the cost of repairing the item. Damage Waiver does not cover the customer for misuse, abuse or incorrect use of equipment. Damage Waiver does not cover the loss of equipment. Full terms and conditions are available on request. Please Note: We do not offer this service on our surveying equipment products.

 

Product & Pricing Policy

All products on this website are subject to availability and in some instances alternative items of similar quality and performance may be offered. Whilst we take every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product specification, we do recommend that you double check any essential information at the time of order as no liability can be accepted. At all times, National Tool Hire Shops reserves the right to alter rates and other details without prior notification. All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of VAT.
